The world ended in a flash of fire. Radiation dust covers the sky, water sources are poisoned, and crops are dead. Few survivors hide underground, but radiation sickness is slowly killing them.

You were a pharmacist who knows how to compound anti‑radiation drugs. You returned to that abandoned pharmacy, where some raw materials and recipes remain. You decide to set up a clinic here, offering hope to the irradiated.

GAMEPLAY

• Manage Your Pharmacy – Survivors visit daily with specific needs. Match the correct medicine from your hotbar to each customer's request. Every successful trade earns you Cookies (the wasteland currency) and saves one survivor.

• Craft in the Lab – Advanced medicines like Speed Serum and Blood‑Stop must be synthesised. Unlock recipes, then complete mini‑games (sequence memory or catch‑and‑collect) to turn raw ingredients into powerful cures.

• Grow in the Greenhouse – Cultivate rare plants like Glowing Aloe and Rusty Thorn. Use upgrades such as Pure Soil, Oxygen Recycler, and Intact Canopy to boost growth and protect your crops from acid rain – ensuring a steady supply of materials.

• Explore and Unlock – Spend your Cookies at the Shop to buy more medicines, unlock locked recipes, and upgrade your facilities. As days progress, radiation levels rise and survivor demands evolve – adapt to survive.

• Save 25 Survivors – Your ultimate goal: rescue 25 survivors before Day 10. Every successful trade brings you closer, but acid rain, scarce resources, and locked recipes will test your management skills.
